Production Lead Operator - 3Rd Shift

The primary duties of the Lead Operator are to provide leadership and support to the Production Associates of the cell. More specifically, ensure the cell is running as efficiently as possible and that all Production Associates are complying with safety, quality, and production requirements. The Lead Operator will maintain the workflow of the cell, will troubleshoot technical issues, and will close the cell at the end of the shift.
