Job description
Pay: $100,000-120,000 annually, DOE. Workout, underwrite, and restructure projects for a portfolio of assets. Participate in the workout asset strategy and communicate to all investors, partners and lenders for the properties’ management or operation. Complete all lender due diligence. Work cooperatively with Vice President of Portfolio Management, local Mercy Housing team, property management team, and accounting staff to complete the real estate closing.
This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO.
