Maintenance Specialist

The Maintenance Specialist role at Kennedy Industries requires excellent communication, teamwork, and rapport by working with machinists and mechanics in a team environment. A Maintenance Specialist is an entry level position with room for advancement. Under direct supervision, the candidate will learn and perform a variety of skilled duties that include sand blasting, coating, painting and building maintenance.

The candidate must be dependable, organized, have a positive attitude, have a willingness to learn, and have a service-oriented mindset. The candidate must be competent in using machinery and follow all safety precautions.
