Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to foster strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions. Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and empathy.

Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of BFSI industry and its products/services is an asset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
