Senior Accountant

Kinsale Insurance is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you'll drive the monthly/quarterly close process, support statutory reporting, and help implement AI-driven process improvements. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of accounting experience, a CPA or progress toward one, and a strong eye for accuracy.

Insurance and Net. Suite experience are a plus.
