Build Outstanding Teams with PPG. Join Africa's growth story. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Accra. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a pipeline from cold outreach through signed retainer, and support the expansion of People and Partners Group's service offerings.

Daily responsibilities include lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations once a deal closes. This is a hunter role, you are responsible for new-client acquisition, not managing existing accounts.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the consulting team to shape proposals once opportunities are qualified. The role also includes identifying and pursuing institutional partnership and tender opportunities, associations, unions, embassies, and vendor-panel service agreements, preparing compliant proposals and required company documentation for these submissions.

Responsibilities

Identifying and prospecting new clients across FMCG, manufacturing, construction, NGO, mining and corporate sectors. Running outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and networking events. Setting and attending client meetings, presenting PPG's service lines. Preparing and negotiating proposals through to signed retainer.

Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools, and reporting weekly progress to the MD. Monitoring market trends and representing PPG at relevant industry events and networking forums Monitoring and identifying tender, RFP, and vendor-panel opportunities from associations, unions, embassies, and institutional clients Preparing and submitting compliant proposals, including assembling required company documentation Tracking submission deadlines and renewal cycles for ongoing panel or framework agreements.

Requirements
