00/hour Saturday shift differential Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs Responsibilities Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information about our services Handle homeowner questions and objections professionally Gather and verify customer information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers Schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives Enter appointment and customer information into company systems Maintain accurate records and lead activity reports Conduct quality control and follow-up calls Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns Follow up with prospective customers to confirm interest and appointments Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day Positive attitude and a desire to succeed Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings Team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Talkative, outgoing, confident people Ready to turn conversations into commission checks?
