What You'll Do

As an Admissions Ticket Seller, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and play a key role in making their visit memorable.

Responsibilities include

Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and positive attitude Providing information about attractions, ticket options, packages, and promotions Processing ticket sales using our point-of-sale system Promoting combo packages and attraction upgrades Delivering outstanding customer service to every guest Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting work area Assisting guests with questions and helping create an exceptional visit Exciting Cross-Training Opportunities Want to learn even more?

Our seasonal team members may have the opportunity to cross-train in: 📸 Our brand-new Photo Department , helping guests capture memories of their Ripley's experience 🖐️ Wax Hands , where you'll help guests create unique keepsakes and souvenirs Cross-training provides variety in your workday, additional skills, and the chance to interact with guests in multiple areas of the attraction.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable and reliable attendance Ability to work well with a team Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods Basic computer and cash-handling skills are a plus A positive attitude and willingness to learn No experience required.
