The candidate should have a solid understanding of MetaSolv data structures and be capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting OSS applications.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and support Oracle MetaSolv Solution (MSS) applications. Work extensively with MetaSolv data, inventory, provisioning, and service fulfillment processes. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using SQL and Oracle databases. Collaborate with business and technical teams to support enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
Provide technical guidance and lead solution discussions as required.
