Principal – Job Description Position: Principal (female) Location: Rayasandra, Karnataka – 560099 Salary: 190,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month School Board: CBSE Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school. Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020 requirements.

Develop and implement academic strategies to improve learning outcomes. Lead teachers and staff through effective mentoring and performance management. Drive student admissions, parent engagement, and school growth initiatives. Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-focused school environment. Coordinate with management, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in CBSE schools. At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head. Candidates from reputed CBSE school chains in Bengaluru will be preferred. Strong knowledge of CBSE regulations, NEP 2020 implementation, and academic leadership. Proven experience in admissions growth, school operations, staff management, and overall school administration.

Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills. Candidates residing near Rayasandra or willing to relocate will be preferred.
