Key Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces
• Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment and safety barriers
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain and perform routine maintenance on pressure washing tools and equipment
• Assist with other general maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
• Adhere to project schedules and complete tasks efficiently Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience with pressure washing or similar cleaning tasks preferred
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
