We are seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Mi Vida East Market. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing people and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, hospitality, and execution. Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to build a positive, accountable, and service-driven culture. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service. Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management. Monitor labor costs, sales, and other operational metrics to support the restaurant’s financial goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Help execute service standards, operating procedures, and initiatives that improve the guest and employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Experience managing teams in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred. Working knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls.
