Senior M365 Engineer

We are looking for a Senior M365 Engineer to support day-to-day engineering and operations of the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive, covering service administration, configuration, access, service health and platform troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, mail flow rules and quarantine within Exchange Online Administer team and channel lifecycle, meeting policies, guest access and Teams Phone Handle site creation, permissions, storage and quota management, external sharing policies, sync and retention compliance for SharePoint Online and OneDrive Monitor service health, usage and capacity across the platform Process standard platform requests and configuration changes Diagnose and remediate Microsoft 365 platform issues at L2/L3 level Contribute to major-incident support alongside Security and Identity teams Requirements 3+ years of Microsoft 365 / collaboration platform engineering experience Expertise in Exchange Online mailbox management, mail flow and hybrid considerations Proficiency in Microsoft Teams policies, meetings and basic voice/telephony administration Skills in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, permissions, sharing and storage management Knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access Competency in Exchange Online Power.

Shell, Microsoft Graph and Power. Shell scripting Familiarity with Azure Automation, Azure Logic Apps and CI/CD Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have MS-102 certification
