We're looking for a Remote Customer Service & Booking Specialist who brings empathy, warmth, and a passion for helping others to every conversation.

You'll be the first voice our customers hear, making them feel heard, valued, and confident they're in good hands.

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments. Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and confidently guide them toward booking. Accurately document customer information and appointments in our CRM. Meet booking goals while maintaining excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of customer service or appointment-setting experience , preferably in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.
