Brand Ambassador Part Time
Job description
As a Brand Ambassador with Product Connections, you'll represent some of today's leading brands inside Sam's Club. In this customer-facing role, you'll create memorable member experiences through our Greet, Tell, Sell approach by proactively engaging members, sharing product knowledge, delivering product demonstrations, and influencing trial and purchase decisions through meaningful conversations.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate members on product features, benefits, and value. Use consultative selling techniques to encourage product trial, consideration, and purchase decisions. Represent leading brands and Product Connections with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility. Set up, execute, and maintain demonstration events in accordance with company, client, safety, and presentation standards.
Complete required reporting and documentation while building positive relationships with store associates and leadership.
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and engage shoppers in meaningful conversations Comfortable presenting products and influencing purchasing decisions Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to represent brands professionally and deliver a great member experience Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, sales, event marketing, or brand ambassador experience is a plus Basic computer and mobile technology skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts Lift, carry, and move products, supplies, and display materials Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform light physical activity throughout the day
