Job Description: We’re seeking a full-time, part-time, prn LPN to join our team at Jefferson Hospital. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This position is responsible for coordinating quality clinical documentation in a treatment team, evaluating and monitoring patient medical and mental stability.
