• Pittsburgh, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, CHC Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate Health Care Customer Service Specialist to join our Orthopedics team in the Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Township) office. Who We Are CHC Solutions, Inc. provides medical supplies to patients with a focus on outstanding customer service. We are headquartered near Pittsburgh, PA and have multiple locations throughout the Eastern United States. We receive an order from doctors and their staff, verify the products are covered by the patient’s insurance, the supplies are shipped to them, and we bill their insurance. Your Responsibilities

As a Orthopedic Health Care Customer Service Specialist, you will join a dedicated team focused on making sure patients receive the medical supplies prescribed by their health care provider. Your future position responsibilities will include the following. Receive orders by phone or fax-obtaining all information necessary to process orders.

Enter customer demographics and order onto the computer system, acquiring all information necessary for billing. Follow prescription/physician protocol when entering the order in the computer system Contact each customer to inform them of the order and procedure. Note all correspondence with the customer, doctor’s office or physical therapist.

Prioritize urgent or emergency orders. Print customer care plan and attach all needed documentation. Interact with all orthopedic team members to assist a patient regarding the status of their order. What You Bring When you apply for this position, you will meet the following qualifications.
