Department: Health, Safety and Environment Office Job Posting Details Applications are now invited from serving colleagues at Band 3 and Band 4 or equivalent positions in the University to apply for the above UGC-funded position. The Health, Safety, and Environment Office (HSEO) is dedicated to maintaining a safe and sustainable campus.

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated team player to join our team as an Officer (Administration). The appointee will play a key role in supporting the Head and the Field Team in the administration of the University’s Medical Surveillance Program, including participant enrolment, appointment coordination, records management, data reporting, and liaison with users and service providers; and serve as a key liaison person with the Medical Clinic and the Student Dental Clinic on related administrative matters.

This position is ideal for an organized individual with strong administrative, communication, and data management skills. The appointee will also undertake a range of general administrative duties to support the operation of HSEO. Applicants should have: a diploma or above in business studies or a related discipline with at least three years of relevant experience in the education sector.

strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively; good interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, responsible, and service-oriented mindset; a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua; and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
