Job description
Performs advanced, specialized work to assist in the organization and implementation of various projects. Supports laboratory research by maintaining, repairing or refurbishing commonly used laboratory equipment; creatively designing or adapting equipment to meet specific needs. Maintain accurate inventory records. Perform laboratory safety officer functions.
Works on special projects as assigned. Work is performed under minimal supervision within established policies with latitude for independent judgment. Texas Tech Health El Paso (TTEP) is not considering applications from individuals who require sponsorship for an employment visa, including those with H1B visas or those currently on student or postgraduate visas.
Additionally, this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid opportunities. All work is required to be performed onsite at TTEP.
