Travel Labour & Delivery RN – Alberta

As a Registered Nurse (LDR), you’ll support hospitals and Healthcare Teams across Alberta, bringing your patient-focused expertise to communities that rely on traveling professionals to keep their Birthing units running smoothly. What You’ll Do Provide Labour, Delivery, and Recovery care in fast-paced environments Monitor fetal heart rates/contractions and manage inductions within a wide range of urgent situations Assist with C-sections and postpartum care for successful discharge Maintain accurate documentation and patient care standards Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams to support patient outcomes Adapt to high-pressure situations and provide exceptional critical-thinking skills What We’re Looking For Current RN license and ability to practice in Alberta (CRNA) Canadian Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Minimum 18 months’ work experience in a similar setting (excluding post-secondary or practicum placements) Current WHMIS, BCLS, NRP, FHS, ACLS, and Mask Fit Test (depending on assignment & must be through a Canadian Accredited Body) Charge nurse experience Ability to work independently and/or as sole RN 2 Managerial References (one current manager and one previous manager) Local CRC with VS within 90 days of the contract start date What We Offer Flexible travel assignments across Canada 24/7 Clinical and Travel Support Travel and Accommodation included Multiple start dates and contract lengths available Opportunities to gain experience and exposure in diverse healthcare settings The opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care and make a meaningful impact in communities that need it most
