2nd Shift FMF Supervisor

Mazak Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift FMF Supervisor to join the Manufacturing team. The FMF Supervisor is responsible for full performance of the CNC machining area, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team development. This role leads daily operations across mills, lathes, and multi axis equipment, driving throughput and schedule adherence while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The FMF Supervisor is accountable for results and remains actively engaged on the floor to remove barriers, resolve issues in real time, and sustain high performance.
