Claims Adjuster, Subrogation

The Claim Adjuster, Subrogation is responsible for supporting the Subrogation Unit's recovery efforts across a range of file types, with a primary focus on deductible and Self-Insured Retention (SIR) collections from insured customers, tender expense recoveries, and auto subrogation. This role requires flexibility, decisive decision-making, and a disciplined, organized approach to managing a structured recovery portfolio.

The position offers meaningful growth opportunity for an adjuster looking to develop broad subrogation expertise, and reports directly to the Subrogation Unit manager. The Claim Adjuster, Subrogation works closely with internal claims teams and external stakeholders to maximize recovery outcomes and support the unit's overall collection strategy.
