Key purpose of the Job The Manager

• Planning is responsible for production planning scheduling and managing PCU for the assigned plant. The role holder ensures optimal utilization of factory capacity to achieve efficiency targets as per the budget and to meet customer delivery deadlines. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for tracking the execution of the factory plan and recommending changes to the plan when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding customer requirements and arranging manufacturing capacity for the customer account based on the budgeted top line. Following up with various stakeholders and ensuring the projection management activities are completed as per schedule. Monitoring adherence to PPC Calendar, Frozen Plan, Factory Plans and address deviations from plan in accordance with the guidelines. Tracking and monitoring achievement against Factory plans and sub-plans, and recommending modifications as required to achieve targets. Preparing analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintaining appropriate documentation and records.

Education

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Clothing Technology or NDT Experience 6+ Years of experience in Planning function in a factory Ability to make quick decisions and work with minimum supervision Competencies Drive Vision & Growth Excite & Engage Customers Inspire Each Other Simplify & Focus TC
