Hospice Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, compassionate, and results-driven Hospice Sales Executive to grow referrals throughout the San Jose market. The ideal candidate will be a local healthcare sales professional with established referral relationships and a proven, verifiable record of success in hospice or home health sales.

Responsibilities

Promote hospice programs and services throughout the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners. Identify and develop new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships.

Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility. Consistently meet or exceed referral, admission, and revenue goals. Track sales activity, referral relationships, and follow-up efforts using contact-management or CRM software. Represent the organization professionally at meetings, networking events, and community functions.

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support a smooth referral and admission process.

Qualifications

At least two years of successful hospice sales experience is required. Must live locally and have established referral relationships in the San Jose market. Proven and verifiable history of generating referrals and achieving sales goals. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Experience using contact-management or CRM software.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Stable work history with documented performance.
