/ Qualifications You're an excellent candidate for our Licensed Vocational Nurse position, if you have a passion for working with children, are energized by working in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and experience providing health services to children is desirable.

Valid California certification as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Valid California Driver’s License. Maintain qualification for automobile insurance coverage. The district is 66.3 square miles in size, and serves elementary students in grades K-8 feeding into the Grossmont Union High School District. The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (6 middle schools, 19 elementary schools and 1 preschool).
