Job description
Set the pace for other workers by directing and inspecting the work performed by employees to ensure it meets standards. Conduct inspections to check the completion of work assignments and to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Identify team members' training and development needs and train new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques as assigned.
