Era Energy, in Juno Beach, FL. We are looking for an Estimator to support the digital transformation of our Engineering & Construction estimating organization. The focus is on improving how our teams work through technology, data, automation, and AI. Note: There is no insurance, paid benefits and no paid holidays/vacations on the position. Job Description What You'll Do Partner with estimators to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities. Translate business needs into requirements for the development team. Help design, test, and roll out new digital solutions. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate work, and centralize data.
