Financial Reporting & ComplianceOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes under PRC GAAP and IFRS standards Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage statutory audits with external auditors Attend monthly finance meetings and present financial results to head officeBudgeting & ForecastingLead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes Monitor and analyze variances between actuals and budgets; provide actionable insights to managementCost Control & Project AccountingImplement cost control measures for upstream projects and manage AFE processes Track CAPEX/OPEX spending in compliance with group policiesTreasury & Cash ManagementOversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and foreign exchange management Ensure compliance with SAFE regulations for cross-border transactions and manage monthly cash callsLeadership & Team DevelopmentManage and mentor a team of 4-5 finance professionals, fostering accountability and professional growthStakeholder EngagementPartner with operations, supply chain, and JV partners to support business decisions Prepare financial presentations for management and joint venture committeesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including background in China's Oil & Gas industry Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, tax regulations, and upstream project accounting Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), advanced Excel, and PowerPoint; fluent in Mandarin and EnglishPreferred Qualifications: CPA, CICPA, or ACCA certification What We Offer Competitive Package Global offshore/marine projects & cross-cultural teamwork A sustainable, market-competitive career growth pathway.
