Surveillance Operator (Swing Shift or Overnight Shift)

Some of the most important work at Nemacolin happens behind the scenes. As a Surveillance Operator, you will help protect guests, associates, assets, and resort operations through proactive monitoring, observation, investigation support, and real-time situational awareness. Working closely with the Security Team, you will use technology, critical thinking, and sound judgment to identify concerns, document incidents, support investigations, and help maintain a safe and secure environment across the resort.

This role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in surveillance operations, security systems, investigations, and resort protection services while contributing to the overall safety and success of the resort.
