Supervisor Maintenance NE

Department: Facilities Management Shift: Day Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and work as needed Summary: Manage Maintenance Department personnel and activities. Assumes responsibility for management of facilities and equipment operation, safety, and service continuance. Assumes active role in leadership team including pertinent committee leadership or membership.

Also, manages patient transport service. Other information: High School graduate (or equivalency), must read, write, and speak English at an adequate level. Licensed driver with clean driving record. Documented experience in personnel management. Documented experience with facilities and equipment management. Ability to meet essential function and physical demand requirements.

(see below) Ability to meet on-call service requirements. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
