Board Election & Shareholder Communications Advisor

Khibraty is seeking an experienced consultant to support individual board members seeking reelection in a Saudi closed joint-stock company. The consultant will support individual board members seeking reelection by developing positioning, messages, and communication materials, and by coaching candidates on effective delivery.

Scope of work: Review company strategy and financial performance. Develop distinct positioning, key messages, and an electoral program for each candidate. Prepare shareholder presentations, speeches, and concise communication materials. Develop evidence-based responses to difficult questions on performance, accountability, and conflicts of interest.

Coach candidates on presentation delivery and Q&A. Relevant experience: Strategic, financial, and shareholder communications. Investor relations and corporate governance. Executive messaging, speechwriting, and presentation coaching. Professional Arabic writing and experience with Saudi companies. Direct experience supporting corporate board candidates is preferred.

Engagement: Shortterm consultancy, with deliverables required within 5 days. Consultants should confirm availability and any team support needed. The scope covers content development and coaching; publishing, advertising, and direct shareholder outreach are excluded.
