Impound & Repossession Coordinator

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the timely and effective placement of impound repossession assignments. This requires a detailed review of assignment details to ensure all State and Federal requirements are met. This position will serve as a point of contact in maintaining vendor relationships, including assignment follow up, fee authorizations, and invoice approvals.

reviewing incoming notices, contacting holding facility for impound details, and referring the account for appropriate follow up. The primary objective of this position is the timely review of all impound accounts and proper queuing for account or vehicle follow up.
