Position Summary

The LVN/GVN assists the physician and mid-level practitioners in providing quality care as delegated. This individual is also cross trained to assist in clerical tasks, waived testing and phlebotomy/ venipuncture. # ##Qualifications: # # #A.####### Education: #Currently licensed as a Vocational Nurse by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

#B.####### Training and Experience: #1. Minimum of six months experience working as an LVN; one year of experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.# Bilingual abilities desirable but not mandatory.# Current BLS Certification.

1. Current BLS Certification within 90 days of hire required.##
2. EKG and Cardiac Rhythms knowledge
3. Mental Health First Aid-Suicide Awareness Training # Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions: A. Ability to perform:
