The Program Controls Manager

• Program Management Office will be responsible for managing and participating in the processes for overseeing all Capital/O&M financials associated with each program/project for Distribution Operations. The Program Controls Manager is the senior expert and owner of the financial portfolio of capital program work for Distribution Operations. This includes the oversight of the Distribution Capital budget and the respective programs associated with the Distribution capital financial plan.
