Job description
The Loan Processor is responsible for efficiently processing and closing residential mortgage loans on a monthly basis, maintaining a pipeline that meets or exceeds minimum production requirements. This role requires the secure and accurate collection and management of all loan documentation, ensuring timely and compliant closings in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Additionally, the Employee will provide guidance and training to new or underperforming processors, supporting their understanding of systems, workflows, and best practices.
Compensation
$40K base pay plus bonus with total compensation up to $155K+ per year
