• As our business continues at RCC, we remain focused on exceeding client expectations and strengthening long-term partnerships. To achieve this, we invest in the next generation of construction professionals, equipping them with the skills, experience, and mentorship needed to thrive.

The Cadet Program: Our structured 2-year program includes:

• Core rotations in Contract Administration, Site Supervision & Engineering.
• Elective rotations in Design, Estimating & Safety.
• Study support with up to 1.5 days off during university semesters.
• Mentorship & Guidancefrom experienced industry professionals who are invested in your development.
