• I joined the company after college and have been passionate about helping customers and developing successful team members ever since. I'm the proud mother of six children, one of whom is also a State Farm agent, and outside of work you'll often find me cheering on a baseball game or spending time with my Yorkie puppy. Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm passionate about supporting autism awareness initiatives, veterans, women's empowerment programs, small business owners, and other organizations that help strengthen our local community. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
