Direct Support Professional (DSP) Take Another Chance, LLC | Cleveland, OH | Part-Time | $16.00-$18.00/hour Take Another Chance is hiring a reliable, compassionate DSP to provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in our 24-hour awake care residential setting. No experience required. We provide paid training and certification support.

Key Responsibilities

bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and meal preparation Assist with mobility and transfers while promoting dignity and independence Administer medications per agency policy and Ohio DODD requirements (training provided) Follow Individual Service Plans and safety plans, and report changes in health or behavior Provide transportation and support community activities and appointments Complete daily notes, medication records, and incident reports Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members Requirements 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insurance Ability to pass criminal and driving history background checks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and reach for extended periods Basic computer skills and strong communication skills Willingness to complete required training and certifications Preferred (not required) Experience in direct support, caregiving, healthcare, education, childcare, or customer service Current AHA First Aid/CPR/AED or Ohio DODD Category I Medication Administration certification Benefits of Working With Us Paid training and certification support Paid holidays Opportunities for additional hours and career advancement A supportive, mission-driven team guided by our C.
