Injection Molding Process Technician

Are you mechanically inclined, hands-on, and looking for a role where you can develop valuable technical skills while making a direct impact on production quality and efficiency? We’re looking for an Injection Molding Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is more than a machine-operator role. You’ll work alongside experienced Process Technicians, technical staff, Quality Control, tooling, and maintenance teams while learning how to set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding processes. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to molds, presses, robots, automation, auxiliary equipment, process controls, preventative maintenance, and process development.

Schedule starts with roughly 3 months of M-F dayshift training before transitioning to 12-hour 2/2/3 nightshift.
