RN at 13th Street Clinic

Assists in performing office examinations. Administers prescribed medications, simple treatments and therapeutic procedures as directed by physician. Gathers patient information and conducts limited assessment as required. Performs related work such as phlebotomy as required. Assists with patient and family education independently or as delegated by physician.
