Job description
Triumph Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyst to perform Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T) analysis for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Work is performed at Government facilities or a Triumph site within 15 miles of them; this position is not remote. ABOUT THE WORK PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation.
The Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyst develops the MP&T analyses and plans that accompany new acquisition programs and major Engineering Change Proposals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop MP&T analyses for new acquisition programs and major Engineering Change Proposals, with analysis reports, Manpower Analysis Reports and plans tied to milestone events. Facilitate the MP&T Integrated Product Teams, including briefings and minutes. Review new equipment training plans and curriculum products against Marine Corps training development standards.
Coordinate with external agencies on training planning and take part in validation and verification of training materials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor�s degree. 8 years in manpower, personnel and training analysis. United States citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The Marine Corps Systems Command MP&T process.
