TRM Representative
Job description
The TRM Representative is responsible for the overall maintenance and financial integrity of all Ticket Redemption Machines (TRMs), Kiosks, and Lottery equipment on the casino floor. This role involves processing, balancing, and reconciling all related cash transactions and disputes, while ensuring compliance with PGCB regulations.
The TRM Representative also supports the management team with operations like Slot Drops and communicates equipment outages and customer service issues to relevant departments.
