Pay Range

120K-125K is commensurate with experience and licensing. What You’ll Do As a Licensed Service Plumber at Four Seasons, you will: Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs Deliver a First-Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training Provide consistent 5-star customer service Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Participate in ongoing training and professional development Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Benefits Licensed Plumbers receive: Medical Insurance
