Lease & Escrow Deposit Specialist (Banking) - Dime Escrow Express

Dime Commercial Bank (Dime) is currently hiring for a Lease & Escrow Deposit Specialist (Banking) at its Headquarters in Hauppauge, Long Island. The Lease & Escrow Deposit Specialist will be responsible for providing support directly to our Dime Escrow Deposit clients as well as supporting the Branch and Private Banking Teams.

The role also acts as a contact to assist branch staff and Private Banking teams in onboarding new client relationships, responding to operations questions and issues, and ensuring consistent bank-wide adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations through a combination of procedure authoring/revising and monitoring.

Applicants should have good customer service skills, retail branch banking/retail operations experience, and familiarity with teller systems.
