SAP SuccessFactors Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for HR business users and IT vendors, ensuring effective service delivery and timely issue resolution. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions. Coordinate system enhancements, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR applications.

Support the ongoing improvement of HR processes and People Platform services. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to resolve application issues and deliver system improvements. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll systems. Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean methodologies. Experience in application support within large enterprise environments. Additional experience supporting SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll applications. Strong business-facing communication and vendor coordination experience. Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean practices.

Experience with enterprise-scale HR application support and service delivery.
