• Complete Diagnostic Assessments (DAs)
• Provide therapy to older adults in skilled nursing facilities
• Help residents navigate depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, loss, and life transitions
• Collaborate with our Senior Care team to connect residents with the right behavioral health services We’re looking for someone who is efficient, clinically strong, personable, and comfortable connecting with older adults.
