Maintenance Director
Job description
The Director of Maintenance will oversee the strategic leadership, planning, and execution of all maintenance operations across our production facilities. This leader will ensure operational reliability, efficiency, and safety through preventive maintenance, rapid response to equipment issues, and ongoing modernization of systems.
A strong focus will be placed on leveraging automated machinery and technology to optimize production performance and reduce downtime.
