Project Coordinator

Job description JOB SUMMARY Build and develop a world-class customer service and installation team that aggressively promotes and supports the team on all installation projects, creates exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers on the value proposition with overall Company strategy. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Pre/Post Site Inspections to determine project/site readiness and quality of installation.

Daily Installation site check-ins, to ensure proper installation procedures are being followed. Communicates all issues onsite to inside team; to provide thorough description documentation and photos promptly. Field Level Main POC – Inside Team and Installers. To field Installers questions and concerns during the installation process.

Be able to perform basic recovery tasks. View daily Dashboards for overall awareness of current and upcoming workload. Effectively utilize the CRM, when applicable. Able to navigate and utilize various computer systems on laptop, Ipad and iphone. Customer facing and able to troubleshoot issues that arise on the fly and come up with quick solutions.

Handle all customer requests timely and professionally. Quickly build rapport with inside and outside customers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
