Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time - Rehab Services

Summary of Position:  Physical Therapist Assistant assists in the provision of care utilizing established policies and procedures, ensuring safe and effective care.  Services are provided based on ages of the population served; Children through geriatric - 65 years or older and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.  The Physical Therapist Assistant is under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, following the established plan of care, collects patient care data, reports and documents findings, assists team to meet patient treatment goals.

The Physical Therapist Assistant reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and Performance Services.
