Transportation Driver

We are seeking a responsible and caring driver to join our team working approximately 22 hours per week in a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing transportation services and a strong commitment to customer service. Hillcroft is dedicated to providing safe and reliable door to door transportation services for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to and from various destinations, including home, social activities, and other essential services. Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort. Operate wheelchair lifts and securement systems as needed. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and dispatchers. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record. Experience in driving and assisting individuals with disabilities is preferred. Ability to operate wheelchair lifts and securement systems. Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop as necessary to the environment and have the ability to lift 35 lbs.
